You have to stay on top of your health. You have a lot to do and give to this world and you need to be at your best to do it. Also, it is unwise to ignore medical issues as you can end up allowing things to get worse making them harder to treat, and for that, you’d have no one to blame but yourself.

What are your eating and drinking habits? What activities do you partake in? Any form of exercise? Working out? Yoga? Material Arts? Sports? Dancing? Hiking? Swimming? Running? Cycling? Climbing? Walking?

Appearance

Always strive to look your best whenever possible and necessary. Trust me? I know some days you just don’t give a f***, ha, and that’s alright. This is not for vanity, but for presentation.
